I don’t know what we would have done without Becky (office manager, STNA and student nurse) and everyone at Heart to Heart. When my mother had to go to the emergency room suddenly, her biggest concern was who would stay with my adult special needs brother when she left. She called the office and everyone, especially Becky, went above and beyond!! Becky dropped everything and came to my mom’s house until another provider could get there. Others arranged their schedules to accommodate our family in this unplanned crisis. By the time the EMS got to the house, Becky was already there. When the EMTs inquired as to whom she was, my mom accurately introduced Becky as “my friend”. As a family, we have never had a group of people who we could count on to care for my brother like Heart to Heart. Thank you so much from all of us!
